Each sequence regulates a dosha or body mind constitution, focusing on cooling and soothing to regulate pitta, strengthening and grounding to regulate vata or invigorating and energizing to regulate kapha. As proven by quantum science, anything practised with intention brings about greater transformative potential.
I have been studying meditation for the past 5 years. During this time I embarked on a process of self-realization, self-healing psychological and emotional imbalances and the re-conditioning of my unconscious mind, releasing myself from suffering. I spent time over the past 2 years in India, studying with a range of teachers at ashrams in the south and in the Himalaya. Through what I discovered, I was able to develop a deep connection with my own practice and observe ways in which the re-balancing of the inner state of being can be achieved. To enrich my first hand experience of meditation and self-healing, I completed my 200hr YTT in Quantum Yoga, completed training in Yoga Nidra (ISHTA Yoga), have qualified at Reiki level 3 with 2 years experience, 1 year experience as a councillor, with diplomas in Psychology, NLP and Art Therapy.
