Yoga is a living practice with the potential to infuse every moment of our daily life.
The experience of doing our best is to show up in the moment. Whatever it may offer, we get to share with those who come to learn. Each and every one of us has something to share, a contribution for our own and someone else’s growth. A teacher is one who teaches by “being” most fully the teachings. With a combined 20 plus years of teachings under our high waisted yoga pants (maybe slightly higher). Sasha and I have spent years cultivating a sangha- community that can support the practice of living yoga.

In this session, we will create space for discussion, connection and a deeper dive into the course material.
Then, we’ll share details about the training programs and open the space to answer questions. This free session will provide a sense of the structure and connection that threads through our teacher training program.
